1. Where does your furniture come from?
We offer a vast selection of quality NEW FURNITURE at low everyday pricing. Product lines include Coaster Company, American Wholesale, Powell Furniture, and a lighting program by Forty West and a number of urban style home decor lines. This is rounded out with a complete new line of mattresses by Englander to give the ultimate shopping experience.

Consignment (used) furniture items come from folks like YOU wishing to refresh their space, are moving, downsizing or settling a loved one’s estate. Items accepted are only in best condition and a step above the average “thrift” store.

2. Do you offer pick up or delivery?
Yes. We do deliveries in the local area for a modest fee based on distance and number of items with a base charge of $50.00. If you need items picked up to be sold in the store there is a small convenience fee attached to cover costs.

3. What is your return policy?
All items are sold “As Is”. Please review your selections carefully before making your final purchase. Purchases are a FINAL SALE and in the odd occasion an exception is made only in store credit will be issued. No returns on special orders.

4. I’ve scheduled a pickup with Holland Furniture and since then some of my items have sold. What happens?
We base our pick up times and floor space on contracts that have been drawn up prior to pick up. Please note you have indeed signed a contract and these item are expected to be there and available to sell. If your scheduled time comes and this is not the case, we reserve the right to refuse the remaining items based on store need and saleability of items remaining. Likewise items must remain on the sales floor for the duration of the 90 days. Removal of items before this time will be subject to an administrative fee.

5. What happens to items unsold after the 90 days?
Items on the contract unsold at the end of 90 days may be retrieved by consignor within 7 days after contract end. Any items remaining AFTER said date will become the property of Holland Furniture for disposal at their discretion.

6. What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and CASH.

We also offer layaway options with NO SERVICE FEE. With a 25% deposit you may call that furniture choice YOURS! Then you have 30 days to pay off consignment items, and 90 days, yes 3 MONTHS to pay off NEW FURNITURE AND MATTRESS choices.
